Man what’s the deal with Fleetwood Mac being REALLY REALLY good? That’s not meant to happen.
I’ve gotten pretty into totally rocking out at my desk lately but I don’t really have a good move to do, I kind of either nod along or mouth along to the song. Sometimes I sing to my fist a bit if it’s really epic. Yesterday I was sorting some mail and I accidentally line-danced a little bit. I hope no-one saw.
This old Chinese guy also made me teach him English for like a hour and a half during my commute yesterday. It was okay, kind of awkward though, I’m sure everyone else on the bus thought I was being really patronizing. It wasn’t my fault, I was just being accommodating. He tried teaching me some Chinese (I think it was Mandarin but he was Cantonese) I already knew two out of the three words he taught me but I didn’t want to look like a dick by turning him down

Moving update #2
I feel I should point out that Harriet and I are officially flying to Auckland on Saturday the 28th at 7am AND NOT COMING BACK FOR A LONG TIME. Given that it is a Saturday maybe someone should setup a party for the 27th, I ain’t setting up my own going away party damnit.

Chris's Camp Review
Night 1: Got drank.
I think.
Day 1:
Doll Brand pickled vegetable noodles:
Pretty good aye. Really conveyed the pickleyness well. Pickling is a pretty sweet thing to do with food. Might go home and pickle me a peanut butter sammich right now.
Night 2:
I think maybe Spicy Seafood. It was unpleasantly spicy. I think I ate the dry noodles later on when I was drunk in my tent.
Day 2:
Geez this is getting hard, camp was pretty fucking long huh? I guess it was regular seafood. It was a relief after that spicy shit, man that was unpleasant.
Night 3:
I bought a food from the canteen thing. It was brown. Came with a fork and a knife. I thought that was pretty generous.
Day 3:
I went to the supermarket and got rolls and mussels. One of the mussels had two pickled crabs cowering inside it, it was pretty gross. I should really have just bought something normal to eat. Like a custard pie.
Night 4:
Last noodles, shrimp wonton. They were pretty awesomely plain and actually cooked right for a change.
Overall, I would say that noodles do serve as a surprisingly good staple diet, every day I was expecting to get tired of them but it just didn’t happen. I did do a fair bit of snacking but my diet was still fundamentally noodle based.
Good camp all round.
I think.
