Chris's Camp Review

Night 1: Got drank.

I think.

Day 1:

Doll Brand pickled vegetable noodles:
Pretty good aye. Really conveyed the pickleyness well. Pickling is a pretty sweet thing to do with food. Might go home and pickle me a peanut butter sammich right now.

Night 2:

I think maybe Spicy Seafood. It was unpleasantly spicy. I think I ate the dry noodles later on when I was drunk in my tent.

Day 2:

Geez this is getting hard, camp was pretty fucking long huh? I guess it was regular seafood. It was a relief after that spicy shit, man that was unpleasant.

Night 3:
I bought a food from the canteen thing. It was brown. Came with a fork and a knife. I thought that was pretty generous.

Day 3:

I went to the supermarket and got rolls and mussels. One of the mussels had two pickled crabs cowering inside it, it was pretty gross. I should really have just bought something normal to eat. Like a custard pie.

Night 4:
Last noodles, shrimp wonton. They were pretty awesomely plain and actually cooked right for a change.

Overall, I would say that noodles do serve as a surprisingly good staple diet, every day I was expecting to get tired of them but it just didn’t happen. I did do a fair bit of snacking but my diet was still fundamentally noodle based.

Good camp all round.

This is my update on going to Auckland.

Harriet is keen.

My parents are not. (Mum is an ex-teacher, thinks it sucks)

I got scared for a while cos my mum is scary plus no job.

Manned up

Now I’m keen cos if it sucks I can just move to Canada (they fucking L@@@VE teachers.)

Now I’m trying to sort out selling all my guff + getting a moving truck + flying to Auckland and back in one day + learning to drive + keeping it real + I have a hole in my pants by my balls.

I’m so jealous of Kelvin & Dut & Simons adventures. I hope I can start having some when I’m a student.

Oh yeah I hve to resign my job too but my boss is real cool and I don’t want to disappoint him especially cos I haven’t even been officially accepted for studying yet.

I had to do this because I pooed so bad and I couldn't tell anyone.

It was like an angry rat came out of my butt.

I have had a lot of jobs since I left auckland but all of them have SUCKEDS. I am poorer than I was at uni. What is with that? I have a kitten is what is with that. They will bleed you dry. Also I only work most of the time.

I tried to quit smoking this week but then failed from rum. I was so offensive, it turns out being the question asking person during truth or dare can be worse than being the askee. I also ate raw pork by mistake when I got home.

I wish I had a lot of weed

So I haven't really accomplished anything since I finished my exam. I got really drunk on Saturday and acted a fool but since then i've pretty much just sat around the house. I did meeet Harriet's parents on Sunday which was kind of exciting. I was super shy and awkward for some reason which made things a little more entertaining. I drank heaps of their wine though and apprently they liked me so it was a pretty good result.


I got bored of blogging.

I wonder if I'll blog more in Wellington? I will be working so maybe I'll be a hardcore work blogger. I wrote my best ever blogs at work last year. The 'Lunch Log" series is my all-time favorite. 5 or so blogs about what I ate for lunch that day.

Today I ate leftover stirfry. Stirfry is way way better with noodles than with rice. Rice is a joke invented by chinese people to make westerners eat crap.
